Can we talk about aging for a minute. \"\ud83d\ude15\"<\/span> We are ALL doing it!!

I get such wonderful compliments lately from so many from strangers to friends. \"\ud83d\udcda\"<\/span> \"\ud83d\udc9a\"

This is from someone my Son CJ sees on a weekly basis.\u00a0 <\/span>She says to me today. ” I have to ask you a question. What are you doing. You skin looks amazing. I have noticed it changing over time.” My heart melted and I was at a loss for words since I had just finished working out and flew out of the house to get CJ and take him to see her. No makeup, and definitely worn out! <\/span>\"\ud83d\ude32\"<\/span><\/div><\/div>
So later on we talked a bit and I told her my story and shared with her my regimen.<\/span><\/div><\/div>

From the time I was in my early 30s till recently age 55 I struggled with bad adult acne. From not so good healthy habits and not knowing what was harming my skin it caused my skin to age quickly. \"\ud83d\ude1d\"

I then changed my lifestyle<\/a> started to live healthier and saw a lot of improvement and the acne went away. YAY! Right? However the stress and wrinkles were coming on strong. Aging is something that we all go through and there are many different components to it. No one likes to get old, we just deal with it. \"\ud83d\ude09\"<\/span><\/span><\/div><\/div>
However, the more you take care of yourself and the more you take care of your skin naturally<\/a> the way nature intended it, the better you will feel and the healthier it will look.<\/span><\/div><\/div>
