Can we talk about aging for a minute. \"\ud83d\ude15\"<\/span> We are ALL doing it!!

I get such wonderful compliments lately from so many from strangers to friends. \"\ud83d\udcda\"<\/span> \"\ud83d\udc9a\"

<\/span><\/span><\/div><\/div>
This is from someone my Son CJ sees on a weekly basis.\u00a0 <\/span>She says to me today. ” I have to ask you a question. What are you doing. You skin looks amazing. I have noticed it changing over time.” My heart melted and I was at a loss for words since I had just finished working out and flew out of the house to get CJ and take him to see her. No makeup, and definitely worn out! <\/span>\"\ud83d\ude32\"<\/span><\/div><\/div>
So later on we talked a bit and I told her my story and shared with her my regimen.<\/span><\/div><\/div>

From the time I was in my early 30s till recently age 55 I struggled with bad adult acne. From not so good healthy habits and not knowing what was harming my skin it caused my skin to age quickly. \"\ud83d\ude1d\"

I spent several years trying different products and spending a fortune\"\ud83d\udcb8\"<\/span>, but nothing was giving me the results that I wanted. \"\ud83d\ude21\"

I then changed my lifestyle<\/a> started to live healthier and saw a lot of improvement and the acne went away. YAY! Right? However the stress and wrinkles were coming on strong. Let’s be honest I wasn’t getting any younger and I knew this but, but I knew there had to be something out there to help my skin. \"\ud83e\udd14\"<\/span>\"\ud83d\udcad\"<\/span><\/span><\/div><\/div>

Aging is something that we all go through and there are many different components to it. No one likes to get old, we just deal with it. \"\ud83d\ude09\"<\/span><\/span><\/div><\/div>
However, the more you take care of yourself and the more you take care of your skin naturally<\/a> the way nature intended it, the better you will feel and the healthier it will look.<\/span><\/div><\/div>
