I have my CJ who is 21 and has Down syndrome and Autism.<\/span><\/div>
Some days it is exhausting!! I know I have a lot of friends that can relate! \"\ud83d\ude4c\"<\/span><\/span><\/div>
I just recently had a moment that is a perfect example. It was the annual Buddy walk and I was in legit work mode and mama mode at the same time! \"\ud83d\ude2e\"

\"\"<\/span>This is why getting not only my workouts in, but the right balance of Nutrition right every day is vital!!\"\ud83c\udf3f\"<\/span><\/span><\/div>
This is has been a challenge with #parosmia<\/a> (google it) but after 2.5 years i have finally adjusted to this new life with food, and I am managing.<\/span><\/div>
