I’m a big advocate of supplementation, given the state of our food supplies and depleted soils. Nutrient levels in today’s foods pale in comparison to those of 80 years ago. And as of late it is getting harder and harder to find those good foods, unless of course you grow them yourself!

You don’t have to endure what I have this past year to have free radicals, the very process of living and breathing creates free radicals, which is what causes us to age. They create small amounts of damage to our cells daily, and over time, ultimately take over like an alien invasion. 
You can never totally eliminate them because our environment alone increases them. However, you can reduce them significantly!!
These pretty little vitamin packs I talk about all the time are proven to do so, and have had several independent studies that show phenomenal improvements in multiple health markers. Including a decrease in resting heart rate. Between 2.3 and 4.8 beats per minute in participants. During exercise, subjects saw a reduction of 5 bpm with ONE hour, and 9 bpm over a 12-wk period. This can translate into several extra years of life. This is only just one marker.
