Down syndrome Awareness month is not only but raising awareness for those with DS, but let’s take a moment and celebrate the caregivers!!!

I have my CJ who is 21 and has Down syndrome and Autism.
Some days it is exhausting!! I know I have a lot of friends that can relate!
I just recently had a moment that is a perfect example. It was the annual Buddy walk and I was in legit work mode and mama mode at the same time!
This is why getting not only my workouts in, but the right balance of Nutrition right every day is vital!!This is has been a challenge with #parosmia (google it) but after 2.5 years i have finally adjusted to this new life with food, and I am managing.

these past few years. It has made it super easy for me to ensure that I am getting the necessary nutrients to keep going daily and have the energy that I need to be a caregiver!!!

Seriously, I am 57 and I have more energy than some half my age.
Our amazing store also has great laundry soap, cleaners, and coffee… But the supplements are second to none, which is why I trust them with my own family. We are worth it!
